Reflexology has many benefits to the body. As we use Reflexology all over the body, we can stimulate nerve function to help support healthy circulation, increase energy, encourage optimal organ function, reduce emotional and physical stress, boost the immune system, and restore homeostasis to the body.

If you spend a lot of time on your feet during work or play, your feet are under a lot of pressure and this can cause stress throughout the rest of your body. Reflexology can assist your body to bring back balance to those areas that are stressed.

The body is said to have 10 zones whose reflex points are connected to specific areas in the feet, hands and ears. Those 10 zones are also sectioned in their respective reflex areas. In this class, we will discuss each zone of the feet, hands and ears while sharing which Essential Oils can be used to further the benefits of Reflexology.
